Journey Singer Teams with Guff

The Sopranos isn't the only place Journey's making totally unexpected appearances: Singer Steve Perry lends his voice to an upcoming Guff song.

Perry, who randomly wandered into the studio on personal business while the punk act was working on its Symphony of Voices, he was so struck by the band's sound, he returned later with an unreleased Journey song and big plans for the band. Since sucking up to Journey is one of the top reasons you get into punk rock, Guff accepted: Perry produced and sings vocals on "I Can See It In Your Eyes."

The album with the song that wasn't quite good enough for Journey, but Guff's biggest selling point, arrives in stores June 26.
