I don't bloody think so. This band did not just screw Jeff. They screwed the fans that allowed themselves to believe that there was something special in the future. Instead, we get a so-called band with no lead singer, no tour and no new album in the works. We get a band that is more concerned with their "legacy" than they are with the possibilty of straying away from their "Perry Comfort Zone" and doing anything new or creative.

Please excuse me if I am not ready to worship on bended knee at the pedastal of Journey.

I agree with you. I was really excited about a Journey CD with JSS singing, and hearing something new at concert- personally, I tired of hearing the "dirty dozen" over and over.
I think that it's a joke that they want to go back and protect their legacy rather than trying to move forward and expand on it; JSS was the guy to do that.

It's untouchable. I have such fond memories to go with each of those songs that no dastardly act can tarnish them in any way. They're MINE, and I refuse to let those two greedy backstabbers pry into the special times in my life. Besides, Steve Perry deserves better. He gave us everything. Please remember that.

Let me rephrase....because I can EASILY put on escape, crank it...and get that feeling. Perry's voice on the track does alot to make it alright for me.

It's hearing them live. That's where I have a BIG problem with them. Because knowing full well, what complete lying sacks of shit they are...and watching them try to convey these emotions to me....in the here and now...is where the problem lies.

Fair enough. I won't cross that bridge until I come to it...IF I come to it. Minus Jeremey (or Perry), I'm not going to see these guys. Now that you've mentioned that, I wonder how I'm going feel when they start playing.

Gotcha. I can't imagine ever going to a Journey show again.
