I noticed that too about the energy level of the Japanese fans, I wonder if that is a cultural thing for them. MAYBE the Japanese fans see it as rude or something to do what we USA fans do here, jumping up & down, Screaming, and all that kind of stuff. Just a thought!

Not a boot video.Different filming angles (at least 4-5 steadycams were set up,plus there was a guy on stage moving around with a TV camera).
Television mixing also,I guess it was broadcasted in Japan at the time.
