Precious Time in Concert?

Postby tj » Wed Jul 18, 2007 12:59 pm

Does anyone know if Precious Time from Departure was played in concert after Rolie left? I was listening to Departure this evening and when it came on, I had a hard time picturing Jon or anyone else in the band playing the harmonica part.

It was played on tour in 2003 and I have the harmonica Jon Cain used during that tour. It's right here! I will sell it to the first $100.00 offer. PM me!

Augeri sang it w/Journey in West Palm Beach at Summerfest in 2004. I have a copy on video. I'm not technologically savvy enough to know how to get that onto the PC. Sorry. It's nothing like the original tho. It pales in comparison.

I was at that Warfield show front and center! It was fantastic! Do you have that whole show? Could you possibly upload more ...mainly the medley of LaDoDa, Dixie Highway and Line of Fire....plus Where Were You? I'd greatly appreciate it...Thank you Larry!

If Largo was Perry please post it! I've never heard him sing this song live and it's one of my favorites. Most overlooked song in the catalogue IMO.

Cain picked it up that year in anticipation of playing that and any other old Rolie harp parts on the Main Event tour.

Nice clip, Steve sounds good. I remember they did this in 2004 and Ross got on his knees and bowed before the Frga during his solo.We should all bow before the Friga
