LOL! I remember that and sadly I used to watch it.
I also religously stayed up late and watched Headbanger's Ball with Riki Rachtman.

Headbanger's Ball, lol!!! My parents never wanted cable, so my boyfriend back then used to tape hours of that show for me to watch. I had to force my parents to get a VCR at that point.

MTV is garbage. VH1 Classic is the only music station I ever watch (unless "I Love the '80's" is on VH1).

Man, I really need to upgrade my Dish Network subscription.

Dish Network???? Dude you need to switch to DirecTv it's on their basic package. DirecTv is WAY more betterer!

At the time we purchased Dish Network, their packages were better all the way around. Right now, we're just on the Family Package, which is only the standard, cheap stuff.

Mtv is just a repository for the worst in American culture. From rap to stupid reality shows to nasty videos. I can't stand the channel and wish they'd pull it off. VH1, unfortunately is heading down the same road. Gone are the "Behind the Musics" and now are the stupid reality shows.

Sick of the whole 'music television' culture, from the look, to the talk, to the "I'm too cool for anything" attitude, they shove at kids. etc.

If I see another white kid with his ass hanging out of his pants, I just might have to kick it. And put your friggin' baseball hat on straight! You're white! First we stole black music, now we're going to steal their look and vibe? Please.

Man, I had an I.T. guy come over to fix my computer in the office the other day. Kid was wearing 'shades' and when he bent over to grab my PC, I thought it was a freakin' eclipse! WTF!?? You're in an office environment, pull your friggin' pants up.

Yeah, I know. I sound like my parents, but I just hate the gangster look, tatoos, speech, attitude.
Wait till these little bastards wake up and can't get a friggin job (or hold one). I blame MTV for a lot

I am with you 100%. I hate that shit.

That stuff started in the black hip/hop community and then the white kids picked it up to try to look/act cool. To me, it just makes them look like lazy-assed morons.

I know that my kids laugh at them too, but after a while, it will become more the norm and people won't be so annoyed by it and it will be the mainstream. Ugh.
