"Inhabited" -- AWESOME Christian melodic rock

Postby Rip Rokken » Sun Oct 14, 2007 2:26 am

I recently ran across this band when I found their CD "The Revolution" in the sale bin at a local store. Liked it so much that I went back in and bought 15 more copies to give out to anyone I thought might like them. Not a single weak song on the album, and since then, I've gotten their rare first disc "Innerview", too, with another bath of awesome songs!

They were on Fervent records, which I believe was a division of Warner Bros, but left the label and went independant. They have a new disc coming out very shortly, and again, the songs are awesome -- first track "Hush" is a little less rocky and more Gwen Stefani-ish.

My wife and I are so into the Revolution disc right now, and were surprised and pleased to find that Inhabited were playing here w/ShoutFest laat weekend. I managed to hook the singer Sara up with a radio interview prior to the show, and then we had the pleasure of meeting them at the show. They really appreciate the support -- check them out!

Reminds me of Gwen Stefani.

The new single definitely does. The Revolution album is more rocky, with plenty of great guitars. I think my favorite song is "Angel".
