OT: Need Help from Computer Nerds.... Uploading Video Files

So I have two video files I'd like to upload to MySpace and YouTube for my band, The Dennis Nedrys....

....but both sites requre files to be under 100 MB, and these video files I want to upload are much larger.

Is there any (free and easy) way for me to downsize these files so I can get them up onto the'Net?
