My vote is for a moth or something else in front of the camera lens. It's an interesting video tho.

Any tiny bug on a camera like that will be out of focus and zoomed in real big, hence the glow look.

We get spiders, bugs and other bullshit on our camera lenses at work all the time... Nice publicity stunt for the gas station though... :roll:
