You damn near beat them (Pats). So, let me pose this question. If the 'Boys meet up with the Pats in the superbowl, who are you going to root for?

Cheers bro.

Yes, especially where I work. American Airlines used to be based in New York, and then moved that base to Fort Worth at DFW. So, with that, they brought in a bunch of New Yorkers. Since that time, a lot of personnel from other cities such as Detroit, Cleveland, Philadelphia, Chicago and other places have transplanted their asses in the DFW area. Their transfer to Dallas brought a lot of airline knowledge to the table, but it also brought a bunch of fucking Cowboys haters. Let's just say this, there are WAY more transplants than locals working out there, so working at DFW is a Cowboys fans nightmare. I still to this day (24 years later) fight them tooth and nail. That may be why I have an ulcerated colon.

Brother....no offense, but I would rather cut off my nuts and feed them to the dog then root for Dallas. When Harold Carmichael suited up in Dallas, I mourned for a very long time.

Thus, I would definitely root for the Pats!

I would add that two of my best childhood friends are Dallas fans, so my cell phone racks up some serious text message smackdowns on Sunday.

Record aside, Dallas Sucks!

Oh yes indeed. I remember distinctly the feeling in my household early in the 1974 season when we upset Dallas 13-10. The excitement among my Dad and uncles was tremendous. We then proceeded to invent new ways to lose to Dallas every year.

When we finally got good in ’78, ’79, and 1980, the Cowboys still disrespected us. I remember that punk Butch Johnson and his bullshit “California Quake” touchdown celebration. I remember him calling us the “Beagles” before the ’80 NFC Championship game. Fuck him!

Then there were the Buddy Ryan years, when the rivalry got even better. I could go on and on…but you get the idea!

Bad memories? Probably the greatest team in sports history.

Gretzky, Messier, Kurri, Paul Coffey, Glen Anderson and Fuhr in the pipes. The Stanley Cup is the hardest trophy in sports to win and they did it 5 straight times.

Hell yes bad memories...as a Flyers fan! Smoked us in '85...and we nearly beat them in '87 behind Ron Hextall's crazy rookie season performance. I agree that they are the greatest team in sports history...but they are still bad memories for me!

lol.......no way. Bitter?

Just saw my Birds get a gift from Westbrook in the final minutes with his brilliant punt return, and Feeley rips victory from the Jaws of defeat. This goes out to all of my acquaintances here in South Jersey who tell me how much better Feeley is than McNabb:
