A one year thank you!!!!!!!!!

A year ago today I first signed on to this board. I want to thank all of you who I have met in this cyber-world rock and roll cafe for your friendship! As most of you know this last year has been one of the hardest of my life. Watching the man you have loved for 30 years slipping away from you and finally passing on to that better place is a pain I wish on no one even my worst enemy.

I did not post much because with Tommy's declining health I just didn't have the will or the time. Understand on many occasions when I was at a real low point comming to this forum and reading it put a smile on my face and gave me a needed break from the reality of life for me at the time. You all will never know how many times you gave me that little something that kept me going that day.

Now that things have calmed down a bit I'm getting to post more and to know some of you better. I look forward to meeting some of you at the Fronteirs show at Ram's Head Live on January 5th, 2008, in Baltimore, MD. Hopefully many more of you at other shows in the comming year too.

One thing about me you should all understand. When I had my stroke ten years ago the area of my brain that was affected is the area that controls spelling a grammar. I have recovered and have some really good days and some really bad ones so if I'm off please forgive me. I'm just trying!

A special shout out goes to our lovable Wombat Andrew thank you for creating this board accepting me as a member and all the hard work you do to keep this place alive. Like I said Rush does Aussie I'm there hopefully with you too!!!!!

I at this time want to wish all of you a wonderful holiday season whatever you are celebrating at this time of year. I hope you will be with the one's you love. Don't miss the opportunity, life is too short let's not live it with regrets.
