i was reading in the "possible openers on the journey tour" thread and someone mentioned that eddie money and blue oyster cult were possible opening bands on the '08 tour, and that it was previously posted.

i never saw the original post, so i'm asking if anyone has heard anything about this. i'd love to see eddie money.

Not a bad package at all. I doubt it, though. I think both other acts, though truly great, are for whatever reason considered to be too far beneath an even depleted Journey's level to be on the package. Which is why my dream Survivor teamup will also not happen.
Blue Oyster (anyone know what their lineup is these days?) and Money with Journey would be terrific, though.

see, i want to see eddie money. that's why night ranger should be on the bill w/ def leppard. so shaw/blades can do damn yankees with phil collin on guitar
