Maybe he can race for 6th place. He hasn't a chance to win in Nascar.

Come on man, he has three damn good drivers. Gibbs' guys are gonna do wonders for Toyota this year.

3?

Um dude, Hendrick as the two best.

48 will win it again. No one except Gordo is close.

So Tony Stewart, Denny Hamlin, and Kyle Busch aren't damn good? :P

There's no denying JJ will be in the mix for the title this year, but in my opinion this "Chase for the Championship" is a bunch of bullshit.

Tony is fat and he rules. I love fat people. Hamlin is the next JJ. Kyle Busch needs to maintain emotion on the racetrack. IMO, JJ is the smartest driver with the smartest crew chief. I just don't see anybody beating them, especially with COT being used all year long. Yesterday at Daytona, surprise surprise, the 48 was the fastest in testing.

The biggest problem with Gibbs is Toyota. Their motors are shit compared to Chevrolet.

No surprise there.
Gibbs looked like he was asleep at the switch in his second incarnation w/ Wash.

Incredible part is, even a shell of the genius coach he was managed 2 more playoff appearances.

Tony, yes... at times. Denny, will probably incur the Kasey Kahne-esque curse. Kyle is a douche.
Hendrick has the best stable, you can't argue that. This will be an interesting season to say the least.
PS... Toyota sucks.

Gibbs' grandson was diagnoised with leukemia back a few months ago. This was definitely a huge deciding factor in his retirement. Couple that with Sean Taylor's passing, and this had been a very hard fought year for Joe Gibbs. The man is and will always be a genuis in my eyes. Heck, he's the main reason why I became a Redskins fan in the first place. Those who aren't close fans of the Washington Redskins won't see all the good things he's done for this organization in his second tenure. You guys will only see the bottom line, and that's wins and losses. Certainly understandable. However, after seeing what kind of shape this organization was in from head to toe when he got here, it's amazing the 'skins made it to even one playoff appearance, let alone two.

He's left the Redskins organization in pretty good shape, and he's going to stay on as a special advisor to Daniel Snyder. Gibbs has made a promise to see to it that all the hard work he's put into the last four years won't go to waste. I'm hoping Gregg Williams steps up, and that the current coaching staff stays intact.

If the Skins don't promote Gregg Williams to head coach I would like to see the Ravens hire him.

Skins should hire Russ Grimm. Perfect fit for obvious reasons.
