It would be different if Journey had ever produced successful material apart from Perry, but they haven't.

)But heck they will still play Perry sounds because that's what the average fan knows,even with there "new" singer they still will play Perry to reel in the people,then pull the tribute singer out of there hole for the big switcharoo(you like that swtcharoo lol) so there not looking for a new sound ...just a "coasting boy" to help them out till they retire!
