Not bad actually, a bit surprised. The only thing I noticed and I am not a music guy is that he isn't really pushing his vocals, and he sounds all right. SA sounded okay too before he had to start pushing higher, hopefully it doesn't happen to him. Time will tell... that is if he's there long enough...j/k

The vocals did not impress me. His vocals (and melodies) on this song really reminded me of Jack Wagner:

I could give two shits how he sounds singing Perry's songs with Perry's inflection and Perry's melodies. If this is how he sounds when he has to originate his own thing then he (and Journey) will continue to stand in Perry's shadow.

Like I said, I'll give it a fair chance, but the man has got to bring it more than "it's over" quality vocals to impress me. I have higher standards.

They will be lucky if he sounds as good as Jack Wagner on this "new" album and tour
