I hate that song! One of those songs that just grates on my nerves.

I agree...sort of. It's so much better live. They speed it up and it has a much harder edge. I think you'd be surprised.

I've heard it's "1, 2, 3, 4" in German. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Actually during VH1's Classic Albums on "Pyromania", Elliot said the whole "Gunter Glieben Glauken Globen" (or something to that effect) was absolutely nothing! He said they came up with some jibberish that meant nothing and had Mutt Lange sing it on the track. He also said he gets asked what the hell is being said and what it means more than any other question.

So then, Joe Elliot's first line afterwards should have said, "I got nothin' to say!" :P

The one I was going to say has already been listed.

Excellent add though. I remember this when it came out.

Wow, did you ever hit on a few of the best. Good work.
I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.

I was wondering when we'd get a JT in there! And SRV? Well, that's a bonus.

Good list.

I also like the intro to the Prophet's Song by Queen and Under Pressure (although Vanilla Ice damn near ruined that one for me!). Mean Streets from Van Halen has a great intro as well.

I love the blues-laden intro to this song -

The V.I. version never really gets airplay so its all good. Only when they're doing one hit wonders or worst songs of the 90s.
