Have You Hit The "Quote" Button and backed off

Postby RocknRoll » Sun Jan 20, 2008 2:19 pm

I don't know about you, but I have typed a lot of responses recently and have had to hit the back button rather than responding.

Curious, anyone feeling the same way?

LOL, many times. I've typed out a response, then thought nope, better leave that one alone.

its funny that you say this since you only have a handful of posts.. and you have been around for over 3 years..

hitting that BACK button is sometimes the best thing..

or those times you might post after a few drinks.. its better to write it all out.. then copy and paste it into a word file and see just how funny it is in the morning!! you should never have to wake up at 7am.. lie in bed.. then suddenly FREAK OUT and run to the computer because you flipped out the night before on vodka chiltons..

somehow,, deleting it later makes everything feel better.. even though 100s of people have already read it .. 8)

I'd be willing to bet the midget, princess and the rest of the gaggle of assholes would like to hit the back button on some of their business decisions over the last 10 or so years.

Ouch! Seems a little paranoid, but I guess I can understand some of the reasons. I've only had the one ID and have used it on every board I've visited. (I;m sure that is verifiable) I've yet to see what people gain by multiple IDs

I have normally visited this board looking for news and have never gotten into the "spirit" of the majority of the posters although I do get an occassional chuckle. Hence the low post count.

Yes, I did consider the back button.

Yep, do it all the time.

With me it's either... "Nope, not worth it", "better leave that alone" or "that's not near funny enough, I can do better".
