For my good friend Manarocks, I submit to you, Selena. Tragedy indeed, but I still hate your slimy ass Manarocks.

Look at Tom getting loose and shoving a common sense javelin down the OP's throat! I like the venom. Nice work, bro. :P

The three who come to my mind immediately are:

John Lennon
Jimi Hendrix
Stevie Ray Vaughn

They died way too young with way too much music left in them.

elvis.

imagine how many more records he would've broken, how many more smash hits he would've recorded, how many more children he might've had,how many more tours, who he would've recorded with.

had elvis lived i do believe he would've straightened up and eventually his career would've heated up again.i also believe he would've gotten rid of colonel tom parker too.

What do you base that on? He was a friggin' mess when he died.

Apparently, Ritchie Valens and Buddy Holly were quite popular when their plane went down. Good movie.

Would love to see Bon Scott and Stevie Ray sit in with The Who's rhythm section.

Elvis was one artist who knew how to adapt to current trends in music, for sure. Yeah, man, would have loved to have seen his take on the 80's, and even 90's... haha!

No doubt!! Ya know, when Entwistle passed, I said that The Who is minus a drummer and a bassist... The Beatles are left with just a drummer and bassist... sadly, no one listened.

However, The Who can't do much better than Zak Starkey, who can easily drum his pop under the table any day of the week.

Dear lord, the rock n' roll parties that must take place in the great beyond... can you imagine? :D

Karen Carpenter. Yep, at the top of my faves list too...one of the best voices in history, imo.
