Hahaha.... They are supposed to be grey chicklets. I took two copies of the picture and converted one to greyscale, then took the grey teeth and pasted them back over the original. I actually had to widen them vertically a bit to make them more noticeable. I also just re-edited it to make it look like he's giving the double "thumbs up"... haha! My Windows Paint skillz are getting a wee bit better...

What's the deal again, Dean? Is it just that they don't have flouride in the water there, or is it from drinking too much tea? :P
