I've heard about the claims that it can benefit older adults. I actually have a copy of his book "Sly Moves" in my gym... I don't take everything he says as gospel, but it's a great, easy to read diet/exercise book.

McCain has a ACU rating of 82 and has been endorsed by Sam Brownback, Phil Gramm, Jack Kemp, George Schultz, Richard Allen, and a number of other conservatives. Maverick is more fiting than liberal .
