Maybe, especially with the aid of an earpiece, which he had in the last of the Kerry debates. How embarrassing, the POTUS being fed messages in a debate, via concealed earpiece.

I can guarantee you I could smoke that retard in Jeopardy.

I agree with you there, Dean! I'd put this fucker to shame on Jeopardy. Seriously, a grown man, who has trouble forming complete English sentences, with an alleged Yale education, would not scare me one iota, during a debate! Even though I didn't think W's dad was a great president, I was never embarrassed by the guy, leading our country! Thank god this fucker is being put out to pasture in 11 short months!

Some one in every generation will find a way to paint their current President as the "worst in history". I'm not condoning George Bush or anything he's done, however, history fades and in some respects cast new favorable light on past leaders. Our grandkids and their grandkids probably won't know anything about Bush or Clinton. They'll still think that Lincoln was the best, JFK was some romantic anomaly, and their current is "the worst in history".

I guarantee you, we're not in that bad of shape right now...things can always be a lot worse.

Btw, why do we love Ronald Reagan so much? What did he do?

No, I didn't say it's wasn't bad. I said it's not THAT bad. However though, our nat'l economy can & will get better. I just don't understand all the extreme gloom & doom. We could be in a lot worse shape than we're in. Most countries in this world are way far behind us.

Personally, I'm not hurting for anything. Cost of living here is low. Crime is virtually non-existent. Life is good.

Are we on the right track? Define 'right track'...and then please define the basis for the definition. Everyone has their own spin for 'right track'.

Do we need more Bush? No, of course not. But do we need Hillary or Obama? Not sure about that. I tend to be an isolationist. My life & finances are no one else's business. I take care of them very well. And since I'm in controll of my own economy, I tend to ignore what the media says is so bad about our lives.

Agreed, but that doesn't mean things in this country are rosey. Comparatively speaking, things are pretty rough in this country, at this particular point in time! The stock market is tanking...The housing market has crashed...we have a completely fucked up healthcare system...and the highest gas prices we've ever seen! The National Association of Realtors just reported the biggest housing decline, in the history of our country, in all four geographic regions! Aside from those issues, everything is wonderful!

Congratulations. I'm glad to hear that life in Wal-Mart land is so prosperous. That doesn't mean that everyone else in the country is living in Arkansas, and that everyone's "life is good". Also, saying that crime is "virtually non-existent" in a state with no people doesn't really mean much for the rest of the United States. The reality is that we live in a VERY violent country, where crime is rampant. I'm certainly not blaming any president for this, but I think if you talk to people from NY, L.A., Detroit, Boston, Philadelphia, etc, they probably wouldn't share your sentiment that we live in a crime-free society!

That's not a tough question. The answer is FUCK NO!
