I gave it an 8, only because it'll give me room for it to grow and like it even better than I do now. I gave it 2 straight listens listens night in a row before I went to bed, and each time when it hit track 11, I was like that's it? "Where's the next song I'm not done yet?"

Turn Down The World Tonight, Where Did I Lose Your Love, AATY, and Change For The Better are all my standout favorites, along with the other 6 songs being a very close second to these.

This is an album I'll play everyday for awhile.

A 6 for me. After all the hype and Andrew's shining review I was expecting something A LOT better then what it is. After a couple listens, with the exception of NWA and one or two others, nothing is really grabbing me.

Too me, it sounds like a fuckin' Country ballad!

I completely agree, it's not terrible, but that 'after all the years, you standin' there beside me', blah! When I heard it live, I though Trisha Yearwood was going to walk out on stage.

I hope it helps them in smoe fashion, but to me, it's pretty trite stuff. Comparatively, Love Like a Sunshower, is a tremendous ballad, with soul!

Best three cuts are Change for the Better (just awesome, guessing Neal contributed to lyrical content here), What it Takes to Win (great lyrics, and music!), and Wildest Dreams - that's totally Journey. The rest of the tracks are so so, at least initially, seems like they ran out of steam a bit. For the new album, I give it a 7. The covers a 5, and the DVD an 8. How's that? Anyone care?!? hehe

My favorite is SunShower, reminds me of Departurish type era. at the very first he pulls a real hard try at the perry and it sounds close.

It reminds me of a rainy cool summer day walking in a field in a tasteful daisy pattern dress with bare feet, humming. It makes me really horny to visualize it as well.

As far as a whole, I like 5 songs that I skip too, the rest are blenders.

But when you buy a new CD, YOU GENERALLY HAVE ABOUT 2 TO 5 GOOD SONGS AND THE REST ARE JUST FILLERS.

cOURSE IF you listen to any CD OVER AND over you will get use to all the music on it and like most of it.

Like Seether, I like the whole thing after doing that.

I'm already finding that there will probably be three maybe four songs that I will continue to listen to on this disc. Never Walk Away, After All These Years, Where Did I Lose Your Love, and Turn Down The World Tonight. The others are ok, but just are not magic to me.

A 9 from TNC? Can we have a more elaborate review by any chance? I always enjoy your insights.
