Classic Rick...I think even at 58, the guy still brings it.

For ages, I thought there wasn't much else to the guy besides "Jessie's Girl".

Until I got ahold of a greatest hits album.

The man has an awesome catalogue, and even his more recent work is excellent. I always dug this song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MGSLxHOFGRI

RS has become young again. his other efforts, while very good and def had the lyrics and potential. it was drone.

I was a big fan up until ROL then he lost me.

then came Who Killed Rock N Roll. wow, old rick is back. I just heard the other two new songs and am blow away how the young old rick is back. been waiting for this a long time.

but, who killed rock n roll wont be on the new album. I guess on only a special edition release with a unknown as of now retailer. I guess its a studio version too as the one released on itunes (which I have) is a live version. this song does rock live!

so now I have to keep my eye out for when its told who this retialer is. got to have a studio version of that song.

def his best effort in years. his other releases over the years (especially Karma) could have been excellent if he kept it along the same sound as Tao & ROL.

I'm glad you posted this. I kept hearing how Rick's later stuff has been really good and I kept thinking I should get some of it......and would then forget about it.

I just watched "What's Victoria's Secret" and LOVED it!! So I just pre ordered the new CD!! I can't wait to hear it.

I read the front page Aussie :)

But rsadmin sent me the link and I was person number 3 to watch it on youtube :)

Rick is great, loves his old stuff, loves his new stuff and he gives a really, really good show. That's a party, it ain't a Journey Party but a Springfield party is good times.

That song kicks ass. That's what I would expect to hear from Rick, welcome back dude.

Mac, how does is feel to sign your hero? Congrats on that.

Yep the chord progression is the same as Jesse's Girl. D - A - B - G, it still kicks ass.
