Where Did I Lose Your Love By Journey

Desperately falling
Feeling our love set us free
We were better together
Believed it was all meant to be
Stay as one forever
The band of gold would always prevail
Happy in the moment
Life betrays one, a fairytale
Memories time cannot erase
I still see your face

SA was better at the new stuff as well.....

 Seen him yet? Heard him live?? When you have, as we have in the UK you will know that you have seen a really fantasic vocal performance. I await your response when you have been to a gig! :D

Ummm....don't think I need to go to a 'gig'....I bought Revelation. Heard the Re-records, and perused the DVD....Like I said - he needs to learn how to enunciate, and phrase......

And if nothing else, a great bar/party band. These guys play hard and do some really good blues jamming...kinda reminscent of SRV. I'd love to see them on a bill with Susan Tedeschi or Eric Johnson...maybe even Jimmy LaFave. It'd be really cool if Neal picks them up for the Piranha Blues II tour.

The 90 minute set really doesn't allow for more than 4. 3 or 4 new songs per concert would be perfect. I think for the first time since 1986 they have an actual obligation to play new material the way the album has sold thus far.

With a 90-minute set on tour (this is just a guesstimate), then they have time for about 18 songs (at 5 minutes each).

So that's The Dirty Dozen (however you define those 12, but including a Neal Schon-solo/intro), plus 6 other songs. One of the Dirty Dozen would likely be "Mother, Father". For the 6 remaining, they'll probably do a "deep" track, another Castronovo-led song, and four tracks from 'Revelation'. One of those four would be the 'Generations' re-record of "Faith in the Heartland", leaving three others. My guess is those would be: "After All These Years", "Never Walk Away", and "Wildest Dream".

There -- that's my prediction .....

4 would be ideal and here's why...you're gonna hear AATY and NWA at every show, but it would be cool to rotate the other 2 with the remaining Revelation songs other than FITH. That song isn't new and it certainly isn't a classic so I see no reason to play it ever again. Then again, I found no reason for it to be recorded again!!!

I agree with you, SJ. FITH was one of the more disappointing re-records on 'Revelation' for me. FITH was the second-best song on 'Generations'. Personally, I would have rather heard "The Place in Your Heart" re-recorded and added to 'Revelation', although the lyrics are more melancholy for the tone of that album.

5 new songs, 1 hr 40 min set.

AATY is now #19 on the AC charts. 9 weeks on the chart and still gaining ground...much better than debutting high and falling off.

Revelation is doing better than the Crue's SOLA for maintaining.

WalMart better be restocking.

great. we have another one of those English instructors on the loose. the learn how to sing comment is probably the most ridiculous statement that anyone could come up with. what's next? tell AP not to prolong words coz it's not the proper way and also tell him not to forget to put a period at the end of each sentence?

wait a minute, since you think that AP lacks the HOW, that means you know the how. just make sure that you can sing, enunciate and phrase better than him or you'd be one laughing stock from here on in.

Not really.
I'm still waiting for a bootleg of "Higher Place" that sounds even halfway decent.
