I didn't take your generalizations as pointing the finger at me,i havent done anything wrong to the annex, why would i take it that way. Don't let your anger get the best of you, my comment was as much tongue and cheek as yours.

You seem quite sensitive about the annex, i'm not sensitive about it so i dont see how you would think i would take offense to anything you said. I thought intelligent debate was encouraged here(not that telling people to shove it really belongs here) but i find that for the most part you offer intelligent debate...a little angry at times but intelligent nonetheless.

Oh whatever....change the tampon, toxic shock is setting in dude....Im not sensitive (or overly) about shit ....that's the greatest misconception peolple seem to have about me. I don't give a fuck about much of anything that goes on here. If I actually had a fucking vested emotional interest in online relationships, I wouldn't sleep at night. Sadly there are people here and at other sites that could benefit from my attitude.

So try (as hard as it may be for you) to not read into what I'm saying....you can try to drum up some silly theory that somethings not right with me and the annex, but all it is is a silly theory and stupid one at that (because you're way off). I made a passing comment at how some of them might be slightly disappointed with my renewed interest in journey. You took that as an opportunity to take a swipe at someone there and make more out of it than anyone (including myself implied). Andrew clarified in this very thread that my statement was within bounds, while yours wasnt.

Okay Frank ,your not sensitive, and you dont give a crap about anything that goes on here Image

Yet,you keep coming in to let everyone know whats unacceptable on message boards(despite the fact that you do the same crap at your board) and to let everyone know what horrible human beings Schon and Cain are and that all should despise them.

Your like that guy that catches his girlfiend cheating with his best friend ,and you make it your life long mission to make sure everyone that ever dates your ex knows what a tramp she is  ,talk about holding on to a grudge. So you got punked for some money--everyone has, but they move on.....its time to move on Frank. Someone is bitter, sensitive and in denial

The mere fact that you continue to come here to state your displeasure with journey or the people still following them ,and the fact that you have tried to get others to hate them, shows you care , no matter how many times you say you don't ,your actions show otherwise.

I was and still am scared that it's going to force an unnecessary comparison of arnel v. perry....and not the one everyone makes around here. Everyone likes to compare Arnel of today vs the Perry of today....but when you commit the voice to disc redoing those songs, you compare Arnel of today to Perry of yesterday year. That's an unfair fight.

However, there are little tidbits on the rerecords that I actually like...things not on the original.

For example, the acoustic guitar on the outro of Stone is great. So's Neal's chorused solo over the same part.
The outro of Be Good To Yourself is fucking amazing...like I said, arguably better than the original.....

Only The Young is hard...very hard...to listen to, as I feel the original is almost imposible to top or even come close to...

That's where I'm at.
Musically there are some nice new touches, but vocally it's pretty dire.
