OT - Bioshock

Not sure if there are gamers here...but...

I recently box an Xbox 360...bought Bioshock. I'm probably 20 hours into the game, and I can't continue. I killed Silas Cobb, but he died behind a huge pillar. I'm supposed to photograph him and the game keeps saying the subject is out of frame. Is the game ruined? Do I need to start over? I've tried EVERYTHNG.....

Any help would be appreciated....thanks.
