I was never really into mp3 thing and still prefer to own "original" cds from artists that interests me...
If someone interest me enough, I give effort to buy complete discography, or portion of artists discography that is interesting to me if there are couple of different styles in his/her/their work...
One of artists whose work I tried to complete is Gregg Rolie...
With time I've managed to get my hands on following cd's where he's featured:
Journey - Infinity
Journey - Evolution
Journey - Departure
Journey - Captured
Gregg Rolie - s/t
Gregg Rolie - Gringo
The Storm - s/t
The Storm - Eye Of The Storm
Abraxas Pool - s/t
Santana - Definitive Collection
Gregg Rolie - Roots
There was one cd missing, and it was Gregg Rolie's Rough Tracks... I tried to find it for fair price on internet (199 USD on amazon.com doesn't count as fair price)...
I even tried with e-mail to Gregg Rolie but there wasn't any response...
In the end I choose to go illegal and download this album from one torrent and I must say that I don't feel guilty over it, not for second...
This is fine album, which helps bridge the gap between The Storm on one side and Abraxas Pool/Roots on the other side.
However, it isn't worth more than regular cd price, so if anyone wants it, use torrents, don't pay to profiteers who want to sell it for large bucks...
