Not word for word but the voice over dude is just basically saying how Click Five was excited about their next performance at the Araneta Coliseum (venue) because they know that Manila is becoming or known to be as a mecca of powerful singers. Then he segued into Arnel and how he was discovered in YT by Neal, etc., and then you hear the guy's reaction in English when he first heard AP belt out the high notes.
