Is half the worlds population backing the wrong horse? I'll stick with my own interpretation of the Creator, As far I'm concerned, I've got just as much chance of everyone else when it comes to being right.

As I've stated here before, I am a Christian because I believe in Jesus Christ. Yes, I do believe he is the only way (as he stated on more than one occasion). I don't throw that in the face of people and tell them they are going to hell. That's not the way Jesus wanted it done.

Basically, what it all boils down to is this...Did Jesus actually, physically rise from the dead? If not, Christianity is useless and a farce. If it is, then he is the Son of the living God and King of kings.

That's all I wanted to know, as their are a lot of people that say they are Christians but in their world, if you are not one of them, you're damned, and they don't mind telling you. To each his own, we'll all find out in the end.

Is it O.K. Gunbot, if I like you for who you are and don't try and change you? Is it O.K. for me to believe the way I do and you still are O.K with me?

I treat every body the same, I'm all about equal opportunity.

That is what makes you so charming! :D

Always the cynic, huh John.  The rent for the house is part of his salary. He is not a rich man. The house is small for a family with 4 children. Look, I didn't say that to get you or anyone else to belittle him. Nice of you to say that considering you don't even know the man.

Back on topic. I do not think ANY celebrity should have been used. No problem with artwork, photos, etc. But the images should be 'general'.

Jolie? Holy Crap, I might actually read the thing!
NO. He's NOT Steve F'ing Perry. But he's Arnel F'ing Pineda and I'm okay with that.

Are you serious? I like you less and less with every thread you post! First and foremost, my comment was pure sarcasm (as are most of my comments), hence the emoticons! I wasn't going to say this, until you decided to criticize me for "belittling" a man who I wasn't belittling. If anything, I was belittling your idiotic comment of saying the guy lives next door to the church and then saying in the next sentence that he doesn't even take his car to the church, and actually walks! The point was...you're making a guy sound like a saint for walking next door (according to you), and it sounded ridiculous, so I commented!

You are so easily angered! You know I did not try to make the man sound like a "saint" and I wasn't putting it on for a conversation to you, it was a reply to Rip. Nevermind. I don't care if you don't like me. You get so mad so easy. I am sorry to get you upset again, but he's my friend and I did not like your comment joking or not.

These religious threads and you don't seem to mix well, maybe you should avoid them. I understand you want to be there for your dude but you gotta know we're gonna argue with you, after all Religion is like Politics, there is no middle ground. Best not to jump into the fray unless you have very thick skin.

No problem Gunbot. But I don't know many people that like their friends being put down, even in a joke. I have nothing against John. I just don't understand his jokes I guess. Maybe he can say the same about mine. I am not mad at him, just don't get him.

I don't even think their hides are tough enough to endure this crowd! LOL! O.K. I will leave it to you PRO'S!   LOL! I am a gentle person for the most part. I am not one who likes rough treatment. I am no good at hashing it out. I am sorry for any misunderstandings. I was trying to interject some positive things about religion, not start a Holy War! LOL!
