2008 has been good to me so far...

Asia - Phoenix
Lindsey Buckingham - Gift of Screws
Burton Cummings - Above The Ground
Dream Theater - Chaos In Motion
Journey - Rev
Bill Champlin - No Place Left to Fall
Todd Rundgren - Arena
Kasim Sulton - Watching The World Go By
Chicago - Stone of Sisyphus
Rick Springfield - Venus In Overdrive
Steve Lukather - Ever Changing Times

All of those records are great. In terms of quality, 2008 has been the best year for new music in a while for me. Still need to get around to hearing Songs From The Sparkle Lounge, just didn't hear that much to really entice me to buy it from the samples. Also REALLY looking forward to Jimi Jamison's Crossroads Moment

It's probably not a bad album in its own right but I was kinda disappointed considering how much I like the original "Paradox". Mark Boals' vocals weren't as good as I expected.

Journey
Jimi Jamison
Dokken

Haven't had a chance to check out Rick Springfield or Alice Cooper's new releases yet but I'm sure they would also make the cut.

THe new Cooper is brilliant. Especially the song Vengeance is Mine which has Slash playing guitar. Worth spending a few bucks on.
