The Poll: Augeri, Soto, or Pineda?

Since the post that started this thread didn't have a poll in it, I am going to start one here. It will be interesting to see who is the preferred singer on this forum. I think we might be surprised based on some of the responses in the other thread, but it's hard to tell unless we have a poll.

Steve Perry excluded - who would you prefer to see lead Journey over the next few years? All of us have had the opportunity to listen and/or see the three of them in person.

Personally, I prefer Augeri. Before his voice problems, he was the ideal person to step in to replace Perry. No ego, good voice that captured the Journey sound and strong presence on stage. The crowd took to him and believed the Journey tradition continued even though Perry was gone.

Soto unfortunately never had the opportunity to record new music which could have taken the band in a new, exciting direction. I was skeptical of him performing the Journey classics live - but he was very impressive and gave the band a rock infusion.

Pineda obviously has a great voice. However, I am not sure the casual fan has taken to him. I enjoyed his new music on Revelation a great deal. I am not crazy about his version of the classics.
