Actually the Boston accent takes the R from where it should be and puts it where it shouldn't. Just listen to Jerry Remy call a Red Sox game for an inning and you will go nuts!! "I sawr Dustin Pedroiar before the game when I was pauking my caaa".

Exactly. They remove the R from where it should be, and then put it where it shouldn't be.

I've always hated Boston and New York accents. But then again I hate most southern accents too.

Nothing at all if that's what you like. I enjoy it, and am glad to have grown up in that, and will one day go back to it. But for now I want more. Simple as that.
