Surely that isn't the best you've got. You've attempted to justify an unjustifiable remark made by a person who is demonstrably embittered by both the forum administration and the band this forum is centered around and, when called out on it, your response is a flame-bait saturated in ageism?

May I just tell everybody that only a small percentage of the Filipino population eat dogs. It is not even eaten as a regular viand but mostly as a pulutan (food eaten while drinking). To brand us as dog eaters because 1% of the Pinoy eat dog is as dumb as saying that it is in the culture of Americans to be war freaks because Bush bombed Iraq.

Seriously though, when I said drinking, I meant drinking on a neighbor's backyard or somebody else's home in "some" areas of the Philippines. Try ordering a dog dish in a bar in Manila, Cebu, or Davao and you will get weird and "yuck, you're disgusting" looks from people.
