OT : Royalty ruling looms for radio stations, musicians

It seems that there is a bill up that would require radio stations to pay a fee for every song they play. What do you think?

Satellite radio might benefit from this if it goes through. They need something to eliminate the free source of music we get over terrestrial radio.
