OT: DSB on National TV Show Premiering Tonight!!!

Everyone knows us as a Journey Tribute Band...but starting tonight, we will be on the tv show "The Singing Bee" for the next few months! The show features a house band (which will be us) and contestants have to sing the lyrics to songs correctly. Once on NBC hosted by Joey Fatone from Nsync, the show was purchased by CMT (Country Music Television) and is now on the CMT network. It premieres tonight after the CMT awards, so check your tv listings for the channel and time!!

Thanks everyone!! We taped 10 episodes, all will air in the next few months....we should know after a month if they're going to pick up the show for another season. Hope you get to watch tonights episode!!!

I always thought that show needed a better band to back up the singing (or singing attempts). Have fun!

I think it's a cool show, but the host was over the top last night on the CMT award show when she kissed Dierks right on the mouth,
when she was only suppose to kiss him on the cheek. He was visibly shaken by her assault. Then she made lots of comments on the Singing Bee Show about
the first contestant, a nice looking man, as if she was ready to do him right on the stage. She isn't being funny, she's turning people off.
Otherwise, I thought the contestants were great, the band was great, the choice of songs fantastic. It will last with a different host. Goodluck to you.
