Can anyone give a run down on some of the questions this Jian asked Steve? I heard the interview he did last Tuesday with Bill Cosby and was not impressed at all. Was a very dull and boring interview question wise.

I just checked in see what he said, on the Bigillion to one chance he would say something different. He didn't, as expected. The humane thing for him to do, would be to put all of the "Loons"out of their misery by just being honest about the fact that he will never put out a new album or tour. Me, I could care less anymore. I'm waiting for new music from Journey, and that will happen.

The interview was soley based on the song DSB. How it was written, what inspired it. Why it remains so popular. Blah blah blah...That's it. No new ground covered. This was all stuff we've all heard or read before al least a half dozen times. While it was nice to hear from Steve, and there was a very touching moment when he talked about his Mom, none of the questions we'd like answered were asked.

Agreed on all counts! Some people, however will hang on and hope, but the older SP gets, the farther off in the distance that star becomes. The only fault I can lay off on Perry, at this point, is that he has not just come out and let his fans, who he cares so much about, know the truth as to whether he will release the new album or not, or whether he will ever play in public again, or not. So, part of the blame for the enabling of the continued lunacy goes out to SP, AFAIC.

I love me some Perry, but said something similar to that last week.....

"Probably a good thing Perry didn't put out anything this year, as with all the cd and dvd projects EM and JSS have/are putting out this year, I'd probably be too broke to buy it." :wink:

Kidding, cuz of course I'd buy it, he's still my all-time favorite vocalist, and would love to hear something from him..........but my whole musical world doesn't revolve around waiting for the next Perry album. Now, if none of my 3 faves were working or putting something out......then I might go a bit postal. So I guess I must have equal parts Perry, Martin, Soto loonage.
