A stunning video retrospective, put together by Gary Schutt in tribute to Marcel, has been added to the JSS website.

Great job Gary!! 8)

This is really a lovely tribute. It's really a joy to watch a musician enjoy playing as much as Marcel did, especially when they do it so well. It's sad to know we won't hear those wonderful bass notes from him again, but fortunately we have things like this to look back on. Much love and prayers to all who knew him, and thank you Gary, for honoring your friend in a way his fans can share in.

As George Harrison once said, "All things must pass." Very sad when someone sees no other way other than to end it all. Jeff, if you read this I can relate to what you are going through. My prayers are with Marcel, his family and those that knew him well. The twilight zone feeling takes a long time to fade man but it will. Dont look at the clock too much.

That is so sad, and I feel terrible for all involved! :( I do have a question though... what were those 2 songs played back to back starting at 10:30? I haven't heard either of them, and I think they're the BEST JSS songs I've ever heard!

A new project called W.E.T., featuring members of "Work Of Art" (W), Eclipse (E) and Talisman (T).
It's not released yet but I'm sure you'll read more about it soon on this site's main page.

Oh... I've heard of WET. I just thought this was new Talisman stuff or something! It really is awesome, and Robert is a fantastic guitarist. I can't wait to get my hands on this release! :D

Another great musician lost too young. Condolences to Jeff and his bandmates.
