That's the most ridiculous comment. I've seen bands play MORE in smaller venues then in big. It has nothing to do with WHERE they are playing unless they add more bands to the lineup or there are time restrictions of which there were neither in Sioux Falls. And BTW....Rockford has only about 5,000 more people than Sioux Falls.![]()

I think you meant Milwaukee.

I sincerely hope that the band doesn't try harder at certain cities than others. That would be unacceptable in my mind. And I don't think that's the case with Journey. Plus, the set list doesn't vary that much from show to show on their tours. So it's not like Neal sits around when drawing up the setlist and says "Damn, we're in Sioux Falls tonight? Fuck it, we'll open with Open Arms and then play a 35-minute version of Lovin', Touchin', Squeezin'. That should be good enough for tonight."

The setlist has been the same for the last few shows, yes? I would expect them to change it a little after they have that 6 day break in the middle of August, knock out a a few rehearsals and do some different material the rest of the tour.

Go ahead, call it ridiculous. But check Journey's set lists for shows. The more high profile city, the more unique the set list.
P.S - Rockford Illinois may not be very big, but do you know where it's located? Chicago and Madison. 2 HUGE cities.
