George Jones is one of the best country artist out there I think, well back in his day anyways! How do you not like "Choices" or "He Stopped Loving Her Today"? Better yet..how about "If Drinkin Dont Kill Me"?!?! Give those a listen, and let me know if you still hate it!

I've heard all of those. I just don't get Country. I don't know what anyone sees in that twangy music that makes the singer sound simple or uneducated. I've given it many many chances, and I just can not warm up to it. And I was raised in Oklahoma and now live in Texas. I know it doesn't make sense. I like Rock. I'm definitely musically myopic.
