Neal's audition tapes with Santana?

I don't recall these being posted and discussed before...I ran across 2 vids that are said to be Schon's audition tapes for Santana. I don't think these are audition tapes, though. Possibly a rehearsal or jam? Does anyone know for sure?

For those that haven't seen this..
A very young Neal with Santana. You also see Rolie and Herbie Herbert.
Oh...and watch at about the 4:09 mark where Neal is blown a kiss by Carlos. I rewound it a couple times and he's looking right towards Neal beside him and not looking down to anyone in the audience.
Looks like Carlos was trippin' again.
