Nothing against the Beatles, but I have a feeling the 'rock band' / 'guitar hero' is a little played out...Viacom is apparently hoping to sell 10 million when it goes on sale this week. I have a hard time seeing the video game buying public pouring their dollars into this edition.

The older "gaming" crowd will buy it, I suspect.
(I kind of want it...lol... If I had a video game system, I might have bought it.)

But I agree, the whole rock band / guitar hero thing is kind of tired.
Unless they're coming out with Rock Band: The Who at some point, I'm not even interested.

It'll do extremely well. Built in fan base from the 60s, 70s, 80s. This band had the midas touch.
