Fuck you. Anyone can be converted, and they still have a ways to go with me, but having said that, they are starting to develop a backbone.

Im actually coming around on Journey as well....I still think Neal is one of the most despicable pieces of shit out there, friga's an oportunistic fuckwad with a bloody dripping vag between his legs....

...but the fuckers can play....and they're slowly shedding some of the more disturbingly predictable shite they were passing off under the dirty dozen umbrella.

I don't know, there were a few good songs on Revelation. I'd buy a new cd, but wouldn't be interested in seeing them live again. I'm feeling that way with pretty much all the classic rock bands I like.

Give it 1 shot, what do you got to lose? Give the lineup a shot and if you don't approve then you could always pack it in after that. You would be surprised with their energy right now.

Agreed. His work on the Arrival album is absolutely outstanding. Eight years after its release I listen to that album much more frequently than Generations four years later or Revelation one year later.

Arrival > Revelation. Both are great, though. Arrival definitely wins by inches though. We'll see about the next album... hopefully they 70's it up a bit. My ideal future Journey release would honestly be a perfect mix of 70's, 80's, Arrival, and Revelation all in one. Will it happen? One could only hope... just wish they could get Rolie for a track or two.
