Need tutorial on ripping audio from music DVDs

Would someone who knows how to do this please share how to rip mp3s from a music dvd? Basically I want to burn the Manila DVD to play in the car. I'm no techie on these things. If you have links to some good freeware, please post them also. :D

Give me a few minutes and i will send you a PM link to my WIndows Live site so you can download the MP3s from there. Once in your PC, you can use iTunes to burn them as Audio CD...

I know, I need to learn how to fish. It was still great because I didn't have a lot of time. I now have a great live album I can play anywhere. Now I just need the same with graspop. :D
