Hm, maybe I'm wrong. I could just be remembering the crappy audio quality. I remember the thing that really struck me was how bad Cain's piano/synths sounded on the album. They sounded like toys, much like they did on the retreads on Rev.

They did sound really bad. As for the retreads, I will never listen to them, never. That is for losers and Pinheads. No thanks.

Call me a pinhead/loser b/c I have Arnel's version of Faithfully to listen to. Not b/c it was better than Perry's. It wasn't. but b/c I like his raw, powerful, crystal clear vocals on it. And b/f the loons jump in here, I listen to Perry all the time on Faithfully, stunning. And I think probably once a year I would pull out the retreads just to enjoy Arnel. Nothing wrong with that.
