Oh well, maybe won't be to crowded then. Ill be paying the walk up price now, wasn't sure I could go but $2.50 more, not a big deal.

Add 5 bucks to that. Still cheaper than going through ticketmaster.

Guess that means Mc Donald's for dinner for the rest of the month

What time are you getting there?

The doors open at 8pm if you're not doing dinner. I get home around seven from work. I'll leave the house around 7:30 so should be there between 8 and 8:15. I'm only 7.6 miles away but you know how LA. traffic is.

are either of you going to video any performance?

We will leave that for the professional, AKA (Crazy) Dulce Lady.

Yeah, my phone will only do like 60 second videos. :(

From what I know, they allow phone cameras but if you have a real camera, you have to take it back to your car or pay them 5 dollars to hold it for you. Don't know if they still wand you at the entrance or not.

It's got to the be the Journey I'm Gonna Leave You, I doubt it was the Zeppelin one. Completely different songs (and boy does the Zeppelin "...Leave You" mention have me itching to rip of LZI...what a song, what an album). Neal's recently versed on it again, too, the band having rolled it out on the Generations tour. 8)
"I love almost everybody."---Rocky Balboa 1990
"Let's reform this thing.Let's go out and get some guys who want to work and go do it"--Neal Schon February, 2001
"I looked at Neal, and I just saw a guy who really wants his band back"-JCain 2/01

they played journey's "i'm gonna leave you" in modesto & SF. it sounded so good following "immigrant song," that i can see how someone might think that it was zeppelin as well.

At the Green Valley Ranch show it was definately the Journey song I'm Gonna Leave You.

In my opinion there were too many covers in the set. Plus the casino limited the set to only 90 minutes.

Yes, it was error on the reviewer's part. Sucks about the set time getting cut.

Question, did Miles do his opening act for all the shows?

Yeah, I should have clarified -- just not the Zep cover although I can see why someone looking at a set list might get confused.

Too many covers? I'm confused. I only remember 2 (Zep & Stevie Wonder)

Well, that's debatable since when Neal covered it with HSAS it charted and was considered a minor hit. So is it a cover of a cover, of a cover, of a cover...
