for craps sake.......it was his first solo show....he had to play what people have been wanting to hear for 4 years. he performed 3 new songs from his upcoming solo cd and they were very well received. i think if he tours europe and the uk in a festival setting there might be more tall stories and tyketto as those people are actual fans of that music, moreso than the usa peeps.

btw riverside sounds great.....and no i don't have a clip to download but i did hear the finished version. 8)

You and I are in agreement here (which is probably a first   ). The set list he played, I thought, was perfect. :)

sorry for the late reply...took me a while to get over that

changes i would have made.....take out either "all the way" or "kiss me softly" (well i would have taken out both  ) and added in "walking away from the edge" and "live and breathe"(the way they did it back in 1999), into an acoustic "pictures of summer", into that acoustic intro to "stone in love". and end the show with "home again", the new song playing on his website in the music section, as his finale. but that's just me 8)

i was at the cincy show and thought he was very spotty, he did an extended(very)soundcheck, i loved seeing him with journey and hope his voice is stronger, i would totally agree he needs to play journey songs, but would have loved to hear wild on the run, and 1 of the more uptempo arrival songs, my only complaint about the set list, by the way, i might have been the only one in the crowd that noticed, they were loving the entire show
