Post them here when you find them. Just found out that a friend reported them ON THE SHELVES in a Houston, TX WM. Not sure which one.

I was on my way home earlier today when I was passing a Walmart, thought for a second to stop in to see if it was stocked. Then realized I wasn't going to buy it anyway. Why waste my time?

I'll take my chance at catching it at the neighborhood garage sales here in June or July. I might drop a buck for it.

hey man, are you gonna state in your own way, that you simply do not like current Journey with every/most posts?

if that's your game, then rock on...But I was just wondering.

We already knew who wasn't going to like the new disc, because they've been telling us for the past few months.

Just stating what the effect was of the preview clips had on me as I was driving home today. Is that okay?

If you're referring to me. The first clue were the live clips you posted, which I didn't like. Then the "good" preview clips that Andrew posted which reinforced my opinion. If you didn't want any feedback maybe you shouldn't have posted the live clips.

Anyway, I said I'd consider dropping a dollar on it. See I'm willing to give it a listen. You upset Rip that I'm not as willing as you to stuff cash down Neil's pants?

You bet! If you really need to drive your point home, then keep letting them fly.

I'm afraid to ask, but is that your girlfriend in your avatar, or are you throwing her in a car to take to some desolate location in the woods to have your way with her?

Looked for it at the Walmart here today; had two store clerks go out back and look for it. They knew nothing about Eclipse and there were no signs of it.

The common theme to the Eclipse saga is that Walmart employees are kept in the fucking dark about their shipments.

Where did I say I didn't want feedback? All I said was it's been clear for a few months who wasn't going to like the album. :)

That seems to be the case for many... tell them it looks like this:

I think they went ahead and put them out after I raided the box again the other day. Bought 3 more today, btw... that makes it an even 30. Packaging them up now for a nice journey south.

In my experience, bias is an interesting phenomenon when evaluating something: You'll find what you're looking for. And that works both ways.

Tried again today. None in the store. I know they weren't bullshitting because an old friend from high school happened to be working and he scoured the place.

With those purchases I wonder if they will count toward the amount purchased on opening week or toward this week in terms of the Billboard charts.

Definitely, else I'd have waited. It's all about showing xtreme-style fan support.

The WM Supercenter near me had 45 in stock, between New Release display and the J section. No kiosk of any sort for any new artist - very spartan.

Glad to be able to pick up the CD after having the ability to listen to a download version over the last 5 days.

There aren't very many other bands that can point to more than 35 years worth of original music. Add to that a new Neal CD we get every few years and there's just an incredibly rich body of work to enjoy. We're lucky.
