Damn straight it was....right here at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium 1978. I heard it.
Ummm...City Of The Angels couldn't have been played in concert in '78, since that was the Infinity tour. COTA was on the EVOLUTION album, which wasn't released until 1979.

I don't know about that. They were playing Separate Ways as early as June of '82.
