I don't believe they have a song called "Never Too Late To Change." :P
I'm not sure you want to hear this, but Journey also ripped themselves off with Perry, or have you never heard Message of Love?

I meant Never Too Late.

Glaring musical differences prevent it from being a rip-off.
'Nothing was bigger for Journey than 1981’s “Escape” album. “I have to attribute that to Jonathan coming in and joining the writing team,” Steve Perry (Feb 2012).'

Anybody know how concert ticket sales are doing? On the heels of a DOA album release, a poor economy, the newness of Arnel wearing off, and to top it off - pretty high ticket prices, I'm just wondering how they're doing. Not talking about the current Europe tour (although how are they doing there too?) but the U.S. shows. Anybody have any info? I don't know about them but I'm a little nervous. Mind you, I wasn't nervous about album sales and I/we were all wrong. I HAVE been nervous about ticket sales since day one, mostly because of their prices and a tour that has been done before (grant not in a decade but it has been done). I don't know if it will bomb but it could be disappointing.

One of the German shows got axed for low sales. Five bands playing for 5,000 people a night, no major loss. I think Foreigner is a great partner for stateside shows. While I don't expect more than half the shows to be sellouts, I think they'll be fine.
Note: Journey's highly successful 2008 tour had 30 sellouts out of 57 shows, stateside. A similar ratio this year wouldn't be bad at all.

I don't hear the similarities. A more plausible case can be made that "Never Walk Away" ripped off "Believe in Me."

Yep and I remember JSS basically saying as much on this forum. Both good songs, though.
