I believe it's TODAY!

Yup. Bouncing already :D
Why treat life as a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in an attractive & well-preserved body? Get there by skidding in sideways, a glass of wine in one hand, chocolate in the other, body totally worn out, screaming WOOHOO! What a ride!

When we first got together, I kept saying "he's too perfect for me, there has to be something wrong, where's the fly in the ointment?" Eventually one of my friends pointed out that the Pacific Ocean is a pretty big fly. Needless to say, I'm rapidly growing to hate immigration red tape! Neccessary, but a right pain in the arse.

But what can I say? The guy buys me Journey concert tickets - he's perfect. 8)

So..... the true measure of a man is defined by his ability, willingness, and execution of the act of buying you Journey tickets. Got it. :P

Just kidding with ya! Hope you have an Aussie-ome great time! (See what I did there...? Aussie + Awesome.... Wink, wink, nudge, nudge....  )

Ok, we just got home, it's 1.20 in the morning, the indepth critical analysis with set list will have to wait until tomorrow night. For the moment, all I can say is

THAT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously, I had a ball, bounced and danced for every minute of it, and I'm never going to forget the look on Arnel's face when he went to shake hands with Ian (who is a little over 6'3" and 2 1/2 feet across the shoulders.) Will tell you more later; right now, need to sleep - I'm all squeed out.

(Oh, and GingerGirl, if I woke you up when I called after the concert, I'm SO sorry - I forgot there's a time difference and it would have been after 1am for you, guilt guilt.)

I can see how that could be - see my other thread with my critical appraisal of the concert. ;)
