I've been talking to Rolie about it for years, that I would love to have a reunion, even if we only played a handful of shows at the House Of Blues in different cities and do nothing but our old songs. I think people would go absolutely nuts for it, just because of the history of it and the fact that it's not been heard in years

And after about 30 minutes those people will start disappearing as they begin to realize there will be no DSB forthcoming, just like at Schon's solo shows.

Oh, ye of little faith, Don. Presumably, the "people" he's talking about are those people who proudly proclaim they've been Journey fans from the beginning. Hopefully those people understand the beginning didn't begin with Perry...who, by the way, wouldn't be getting a check from Journey for the first time in a long, long time...very interesting, wouldn't you say?![]()

When we started out at HOB watching Neal's show, there MIGHT have been two hundred people; during the last 30 minutes it was closer to 40. While Mark (Since 78 ) was in the pisser, someone had the audacity to ask when they were going to play DSB.

I think this is accurate. I remember hearing boots from the 30th anniversary tour and Journey "fans" were not digging the look into past. Too bad. Their loss.

I remember a bootleg of some guy shouting "play something good" over and over again during the 30th anniversary tour. That dickhead didn't deserve to be there. I would have loved to have his ticket and would have enjoyed every second of that show.

Agreed. If this were ever to happen a few select club shows would be great. And I would do what I could to be at at least one of them. Keep them in California and get the word out on what will be played. It wouldn't be a huge money maker, but for fun, what the hell.
